Do you accept refunds and returns?
- For damaged mail/products: Please contact me asap with pictures and details regarding your order and we can figure something out!
- For lost mail: I'm happy to reship any lost mail if you haven't received it after 4 weeks.
- For lost handmade items: I will not always be able to replace lost handmade items right away. Please contact me to work something out.
Are any purchases final sale?
All sales are final! We are not able to do any returns or exchanges unless your order arrived damaged. Please contact us if it did with pictures/details.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to the USA (domestic) but we hope to expand soon!
When will my order arrive?
For Paper Food Club: Please allow at 1-2 weeks post ship out date (the 27th of each month) for your order to arrive. Mail is shipped with regular postage and will not have tracking.
For all other orders: Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Most items will have tracking!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout! Orders above $70 will have free shipping.
